Please join us for a very interactive Good Friday Service on Friday, April 6, at 7:00 p.m. in our Worship Center. Our focus will be on Jesus being “The Stone that the builders rejected” – Acts 4:10-12. His suffering on the Cross was caused, in part, by the “Builders”, the Scribes and Pharisees, rejecting Him as the Messiah. This was just as their forefathers had done throughout history. But the Good News is that God, The Father, has made Him “the Cornerstone” of His everlasting kingdom and Glory. What does that mean for us as we seek to live a life of righteousness and obedience for Him today?
Our service will take us through the last 24 hours of Jesus’ life before His death, burial, and resurrection. From His last supper, through the Garden and His Trial, and then to the Cross. We will share Communion together, we will worship, and have opportunities for individual or group prayer in response to remembering these events in our Savior’s life. I have attached a new version of an old familiar favorite for you to listen to and learn as we prepare to be together. Looking forward to seeing you there.
